staff wonderful, always kind and professional. the room was excellent and the cleaning perfect. the jacuzzi really nice. we stayed some night at the bar on the pool to enjoy the drinks and the atmosphere. everything was perfect and we’ll come back as soon as possible

The staff are very helpful. They also speak English so it's easy to communicate with them. Zeab has gone out of his way to make our stay beyond our expectation. He is hardworking and is very concerned with guests like us. The front desks Aom and A are also very welcoming and accommodating. The chef even cooked for us who don't eat pork. The interns are equally attentive and kind. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
